1. What data we collect

1.1 Data you give us when you contact us

The Website has no contact form and does not store the content of your messages on its server. The pages list contact options — Email, phone, LINE, WhatsApp and WeChat. When you contact us through any of them, the data you provide in that channel (such as your name, contact details and message) is received by us.

LINE, WhatsApp and WeChat are operated by their respective providers; your communications on those services are also subject to their privacy policies.

1.2 Data generated automatically when you browse the Website

When you browse the Website, the third-party services listed in Section 4 automatically obtain your IP address, browser and device information, the URLs you visit and the referring URL, and interactions such as scrolling and clicks. The Website records which contact option you clicked, but never obtains the content of your subsequent communication in that channel.

2. Purposes and use

Under the PDPA, the specified purposes of collection are: 069 Contracts, quasi-contracts and other legal relationships; 090 Consumer and customer management and services; 157 Surveys, statistics and research analysis.

We do not sell your personal data and do not provide your contact data to third parties, except where required by law or lawfully requested by judicial or administrative authorities.

3. Retention

• Contact data: kept for five years from our last contact, then deleted. You may ask us to delete it earlier at any time (see Section 5).
• Browsing data: kept according to the settings and privacy policy of each service in Section 4; Google Analytics keeps it for no longer than 14 months. Microsoft Clarity keeps browsing recordings for 30 days (recordings marked as favorites or retained as a random sample are kept for up to 9 months).

4. Cookies and third-party services

The Website uses the third-party services below, which may process data outside Taiwan. Please refer to each service's privacy policy for how it handles your data. The Website itself does not set any cookies. The Website is served from a host located in Hong Kong.

Microsoft Clarity data is processed by Microsoft and stored in Microsoft Azure, and may be processed outside Taiwan. You can block cookies in your browser (Clarity does not write cookies when they are blocked), or opt out of Microsoft through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page (https://optout.aboutads.info/). Clarity also honors the Global Privacy Control signal.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the Website remains fully usable when cookies are blocked. You can also use Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

5. Your rights

Under Article 3 of the PDPA, you may exercise the following rights regarding the personal data we hold about you:

• To inquire about or review it
• To request a copy
• To request supplementation or correction
• To request that we stop collecting, processing or using it
• To request deletion

After verifying your identity, we will handle your request within the time limits of Article 13 of the PDPA: a decision within 15 days for requests to inquire, review or obtain a copy, and within 30 days for requests to supplement, correct, stop collection, processing or use, or delete. Where necessary these periods may be extended, and we will notify you in writing of the reason.

6. If you choose not to provide data

Whether to contact us and provide data is entirely your choice; if you do not give us a way to reach you, we will not be able to reply. Blocking cookies or opting out of Google Analytics does not affect your use of the Website.

7. Security

The entire Website is served over HTTPS. The Website has no forms and no database storing visitor data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when necessary. Revisions will be published on this page and the "Last revised" date at the top will be updated.
